IOPOLE is the approved e-invoicing platform selected by Celavigestion (see article 4.3). You access it from your client portal.
- Log in to your client portal with your email address and password.
- Open the "Facturation électronique" (E-invoicing) section.
- You are automatically redirected to IOPOLE, with no extra password.
Troubleshooting
- Allow pop-up windows for your client portal's address.
- Use an up-to-date browser.
- If IOPOLE asks for credentials, check that you are logged in with the email address registered in your file.
