A reminder is often linked to an unviewed CFE notice, an expected return or missing information. It is usually resolved easily, provided you act within the deadline stated in the letter.
What you do
- Note the response deadline on the letter.
- Send us a full copy of the letter (all pages), making sure the reference number, date and issuing office (SIP or SIE) are legible.
What we do
- Your account manager identifies the reason for the reminder.
- If it concerns your LMNP tax return or activity, we tell you how to respond and provide the supporting documents we hold.
- If penalties were wrongly applied, we prepare the relief request (demande de dégrèvement) for you, as provided in your mandate. The decision rests with the tax authorities.
