Simply let us know: we take care of the formalities with the accountant and give you access to the platform. Depending on the date of your current mandate, we may ask you to sign a new Celavigestion mandate.
Ending your mandate. Your mandate runs until 31 December and renews automatically each year. To end it, send us a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt at least 6 months before 1 January, i.e. by 30 June. Termination then takes effect on 31 December.
Selling your property? Please inform us of the sale within 30 days. The mandate ends on the date you notify us, but fees remain due until 31 December of the current year. Your client portal remains accessible for 12 months after the mandate ends. The final return and closing of your file are covered in article 6.2.
