Accepted formats and size: PDF or image (JPG), 10 MB maximum per file. A scanned PDF is preferred.
File too large? Your documents contain personal and tax data, so we advise against using online compression websites. Use one of these options instead:
- On Mac: open the PDF in Preview, then File → Export → Quartz Filter "Reduce File Size".
- On Windows: open the file, then Print → "Microsoft Print to PDF".
- When scanning: choose 200 dpi and greyscale rather than colour.
- Very long document: split it into several files.
Then check that all text and figures remain clearly legible.
Browser: use an up-to-date version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari. If the upload fails, clear your cache or try again from a private browsing window.
